S.XY YOGA:
A yummy, slinky, sensual yoga experience that invites you to move mindfully & love on your body while building fluidity, flexibility, strength, & a deep connection to your feminine essence. This embodied, feminine practice blends flowing, non-linear movement with breathwork & guided meditation to cultivate deep confidence, embodied self-love, & liberated sensual expression. You’ll explore slow, slinky, sexy movement sequences designed to feel really fkn good in your body, as well as tantric breathwork practices & meditation techniques to build life-force, enhance, pleasure & vitality, & awaken shakti energy.
